Music Would make You Move

Music is among the most effective motivators... no matter if it's working out, just working or just having fun... playing the right music will determine how much we love the activities we're engaged in.

Music can get you in"the "zone", makes you feel motivated to move and it can boost your mood.

What is the reason we love music? Each generation has a different answer. Whatever the answer, both generations can be of one mind that it impacts their wellbeing. This can be achieved through a variety of manners... including memories of emotional events, and even the process of reminiscing.

Perhaps you've had a rough day and you're sitting in your sofa with your headphones on playing the new release from your favourite artist or working out.

Music can provide a respite from fatigue and pain to the point that you do not mind that stitch in your side! It can elevate your mood and boost the endurance. Playing an upbeat song can motivate you to work harder to make the time spent working out seem like it flew by.

It's hard to resist listening to the theme song from Rocky (Gonna fly now) and AC/DC's Your Have Shook My Body The All Night Long or Survivor's Eye of the Tiger to make you feel pumped!

While you're studying or doing yoga, what about a quieter playlist, songs such as Yellow by Coldplay as well as Mix it up by Bob Marley?

How about having a night of dancing to the latest tunes from Taylor Swift or Justin Bieber, what a great way to hang out with friends as well as meet new people and work out! Dancing may also help increase your balance.

Some say that listening to soft music could make people feel more relaxed while eating, causing them to be more aware of what they are eating as well as the amount they consume.

Certain people listen to music at work to concentrate on their work, (or to simply block out the guy sitting next to them who is always on the phone!) They claim that they are more productive and can come up with more ideas while listening music, as it improves their mood. However, there are some who believe that wearing earbuds or headphones all day is perceived as unprofessional and suggests that they were not doing their job.

No matter what music you listen and where there are so many possibilities to listen to music. For instance, from Bluetooth speakers (also great for a backyard barbecue! ) and Billionaire B to Bluetooth headphones to pair along with your armband for your Smartphone when you run or walk as you take in the beautiful outdoors.
